Location Requirement

Flat surface required.

Minimum diameter: 7.5m.

The customer is required to sign the item checklist after setup. If not present, the customer automatically agrees with the checklist.
User Instructions
-
No open fire in or within 5 meters of the TIPI tent.

No alterations can be made to the tent(s) or any other item.

Peninsula Nomads expects clients to treat our equipment with respect and care.

No smoking inside tents.
-
It is your responsibility for maintaining the tent during the event—such as securing the tent in high winds, ensuring the tent is closed in rain, or keeping the tent free of debris.
Cleaning Fee

Cleaning Fee for Dirt, Mud, Water, and Stains: Customers are responsible for keeping the inside of the tent clean and free from dirt, mud, water, or any stains during the event. A cleaning fee will apply if the tent interior is excessively dirty, stained, or damaged due to mud, water, or other substances.

The cleaning fee will be determined based on the level of cleaning required, and will be deducted from the bond or invoiced separately if the bond does not cover the full cost.
Bond

A $150 bond is required per TIPI reservation, payable at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Bond fees will be added to your invoice.

Bonds will be processed within 2 business days after packing down and completing the item checklist between Peninsula Nomads and the customer. Depending on your bank, the amount may return to your account within 2-5 business days.

By confirming your booking, you agree to return the items in the same condition they were received. Customers will be charged for any damage or missing items.
Liability

Peninsula Nomads does not accept any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained by the client or any third party during the event.

Lawn games are played at the user's own risk.

Peninsula Nomads is not liable for any damage to property or any accidents that may occur.
Quote Validation

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms

A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation of the quotation.

The full amount is due 8 weeks before the event date.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

From 14 October 2024, any paid or agreed upon arrangements with the past owner including bookings, dates and vouchers must be arranged via them. Their details can be provided upon request.
Cancellation

Refundable: If cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before the booking date, the deposit will be refunded.

Non-Refundable: Within 2 months of the event, unless there are proven family circumstances at the discretion of Peninsula Nomads.

Any cancellations must be submitted in writing.
