Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Location requirement

    1. Flat surface

    2. Minimum diameter: 7.5mtr

    3. The customer is required to sign the item checklist after setting it up. When not present, the customer automatically agrees with the checklist.

 

  1. User Instructions

    1. No open fire in or within 5mtr of the TIPI tent.

    2. No alterations can be made to the tent(s) or any other item.

    3. Peninsula Nomads expects her clients to treat our equipment with respect and good care.

 

  1. Bond

    1. All bookings require a $150 bond per TIPI reservation min 2 weeks prior to the event date.

    2. Bond fees will be added to your invoice.

    3. Bonds will be processed within 2 business days after packing down and completing the item checklist between Peninsula Nomads and the customer. Depending on the bank you are with will the amount be back in your account between 2 - 5 business days.

    4. By confirming your quotation client agrees on returning items in the exact same state as received. Customers will be charged for damage or missing items.

 

  1. Liability

    1. Peninsula Nomads does not accept any liability.

    2. Peninsula Nomads is not liable for any damage or injury suffered by the client.

    3. Lawn games are played at the user’s risk.

 

  1. Payment terms

    1. 50%    deposit by confirmation quotation.

    2. 50%    2 weeks before the event date. 

    3. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.

 

  1. Cancellation

    1. 100% refundable 3 Months in advance.

    2. 50% refundable 1 Month in advance.

  1. Covid-19

    1. By accepting the quote you are agreeing to the booking with the current COVID-19 restrictions being in place made by the Government.​

    2. In case of a lockdown in place due to COVID-19 the following options will be made available to all our customers:

      1. A full refund minus a 20% admin fee ​

      2. Rescheduling your TIPI Experience to the first available spot
